Henry is a Hong Kong–born cinematographer based in London. Trained as both an actor and a camera operator, he brings a performance-led eye to the frame. While studying Business in San Francisco, he spent three years at the Beverly Hills Playhouse, learning acting based on the Strasberg’s method..

His first short, Of Red and Blue (2019), made during an exchange in Florence, Italy, explores the fluidity of sexuality in young adulthood. Back in Hong Kong, he shot commercials and branded content for clients including Calzedonia and Kipling.

In 2021, he and a childhood friend dove into sim racing and spent four years designing a bespoke hypercar/F1–style steering wheel—an engineering detour that honed his attention to detail.

Henry gravitates toward simple, powerful stories that illuminate overlooked moments—human interactions, relationships, and the quiet behaviors that define everyday life.
